Pack Your Items
Securely package your unopened cross stitch kits, hoops, or threads to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or use your preferred tracked courier service to send the items back to our headquarters.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
